The type of service you require may vary due to a number of factors. For example, do you have an internal air conditioning unit or an external air conditioning unit? As with other home appliances, the lifetime of our units are much more long lasting than simply 5 years, however we understand that having this peace of mind is important just in case any issues occur. In case any breakdowns or accidents do arise, we aim to eliminate the stress and any additional costs of parts or labour.
To ensure you take full advantage of your 5 year parts and labour warranty its essential to keep up with the yearly service programme. By carrying out the yearly service, our expert engineer will be able to ensure your system is well-looked after and may also be able to spot any potential problems before they happen. If the yearly service programme is not carried out on your unit, we are unfortunately unable to honour our 5 year parts and labour warranty.
