Take control at home or away with smart technology:
Water cooled air conditioning systems operate in a similar way to conventional split-type air conditioning systems that have an external 'unit'. However, rather than using the outside air to cool the heated gas refrigerant, our system is designed to use water instead.
This means that the system is fully internal as it does not need an outdoor condenser, just a water supply and waste drain to connect to the indoor condenser.
Our water cooled condenser unit is purposefully designed to be concealed out of view for aesthetic reasons and space efficiency. Our smallest condenser measures just 500mm x 500mm x 295mm, allowing it to be conveniently stored in cupboards or under a sink. This makes it ideal for properties where space is at a premium.
Our air conditioning systems utilise the latest refrigerant pipework, all of which is contained within your property. This means nothing needs to be installed externally and we don’t need access to the outside of your property to fit your system.
All our indoor units are WiFi enabled allowing you to control your air conditioning from your phone. This enables you to set the temperature remotely so you'll never have to worry about leaving your air conditioning on or having to arrive home to a hot and stuffy apartment.
Just like with a conventional split system, our water cooled condenser units can be connected to a range of different indoor units. This includes multiple customisable wall unit options, as well as floor mounted and ducted units hidden behind a grill, as long as you have sufficient void space above your ceiling.
Our internal wall-mounted room units are the quietest on the market, with our Urban Designer model operating at just 19dBa. While our condensers operate at a similar volume to a quiet washing machine (they can also be installed with an acoustic jacket to hide their noise further).
Our internal water cooled air conditioning systems are rated AAA for electrical energy efficiency.

We're proud that all our condenser units meet not only the UK Conformity Assessment (UKCA) standards but also the quality benchmarks we set ourselves. To maintain this high standard, our in-house engineers in the UK design and assemble all our condenser units, guaranteeing the quality of every system we supply for installation.
We offer a complete service, including any 'making good' afterwards. During the installation process, if any small holes are required to be cut for access, our quotes include a 'making good' element to restore your property to its original condition. Unlike other suppliers, we take responsibility for these repairs, alleviating the need for you to handle them yourself.
Our installation team consists of experienced F-Gas registered engineers who conduct installations professionally and discreetly. With expertise in various manufacturers' equipment, including Panasonic and Toshiba, we're approved installers for these brands, having met their technical and service quality standards.

The size of the wall unit depends on the room's cooling capacity requirements. We offer a wide range of wall-mounted units designed to meet different cooling needs. Our units come in various sizes, starting from the Urban Compact model at 715mm wide, up to the Urban Classic model, which is 1040mm wide.
Yes, above ceiling deducted units can be installed, but your property must have a false ceiling void of 250mm to allow for the ducted units and associated ductwork to fit above the ceiling.
If you want to maintain a seamless look within your property, by hiding away your air conditioning system behind a modern and minimalist grill this will cost an additional £600-£900 per unit.
Should you wish to upgrade your current system and want to add additional indoor units at a later date, this is possible. However, it would need to be discussed with one of our surveyors during your survey. This will allow our surveyor to choose the correct condenser for the upgrade.
We only sell our air conditioning units with installation included. This is because the units require specialist and experienced installers to fit them correctly, if the unit is not fitted correctly it may cause future issues to occur.
